A few things you probably didn't know about me

Hi there! I didn't really know on what to post about today, so I decided to check out other blogs to find some inspiration! Luckily, I found (the super energetic and fun) Elisha's blogpost about "confessions". I liked the idea so I decided to tell you guys some little tips and facts about me. I guess that some of them can be considered as confessions! :) Happy reading!

1. After my family, it's my cousins.

Is it possible to say that I have 48 brothers and sisters? Yes, I have 28 cousins on my dad's side and 22 cousins in my mom's side! I memorize their names by heart. This was when my cousins surprised me for my twelfth birthday. This isn't even half of our "clan", but this just goes to show how much I truly love my cousins. I love them. So much. 

2. I have a stuffed toy collection.

You're never too old to love stuffed toys! Who agrees with me??? Hehe, that's my "awkward smile". Say hello to the eleven year old me up there! Kudos to self timer shots! Haha. I have about 30 stuffed toys with names and birthdays. It's crazy. I can give almost anything away in my room except for my collections - let it be Sylvaninan Families, Nancy Drew books, Stuffed Toys, Vintage Cameras and stationaries....nope! Can't sell 'em or give 'em. I don't know why.

3. Blue has been my favorite color for forever.

I love blue because it comes in various shades - teal, aqua, navy, midnight, peacock...the names are truly endless! Believe it or not: Did you know that I was always afraid of being called boyish if I told others about blue being my favorite color? 

4. I dislike wearing heels. 

I don't know why I'm not a very big fan of heels. Maybe because I prefer comfort over style? This is the only comfortable pair of heels that I've got. I hope I change in the future though. I wouldn't want to go to my first prom in flats or Chucks, haha!

5. I eat. A lot. 

When it comes to good food, I don't care about my weight anymore. Above is a picture of one of the best lunches I ever had in my life. I finished it. Plates empty. All fingers licked. Yum.

6. My closest friend ever is Hannah.

Hannah and I are so close, that once Hannah actually stuck a big piece of chewed gum in my hair. Hannah and I are so close, that we've raided each other's refrigerators and closets without permission. Hannah is my very best friend. She knows almost everything about me. I know almost everything about her. We constantly have sleepovers and we chat a lot online. :) 

7. I used to be the vainest girl in the planet.

Read that? USED TO BE. After I got into photography, I realized that there were prettier things in the world besides myself. (Haha!! But it's true...) The journal above is filled with praises about myself. Oh my, I can't believe I'm even telling you all of this. Shhh, if you're planning to tell your friends, don't give out any names! :P

8. I love to travel.

I haven't been to all the countries in the world, but I've travelled to a few that's given me the good idea of traveling. Traveling involves food , shopping, pictures, new cultures, new people, new ideas and a whole lot of fun! The photo above shows a busy afternoon in Bangkok. I've been to Bangkok thrice, and I love it there! I still feel as if I'm in the Philippines when I go there. The people look so much like us that I even spoke in Tagalog once to them! (Totally embarrassing. They couldn't understand a word I was saying. I was just like "Ohhh...right....") 

9. I am 100% faithful with God and his plans for me.

I believe that God has a path for me to follow, a path that he crafted for me. I believe that God will help me walk the path and keep me away from making the wrong turns. My favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. It's a  good verse to support my ideas. I love God very much, and nothing or nobody can make me stop loving him everyday.
